Introduction: Born out of the SF Bay Area, Studio Asraya is currently located in the Raleigh Metro Area. We provide Virtual Design Services for spaces that require lighter refresh touches like bedrooms, home offices, dining and living rooms, while available for Full Service Design for Kitchen and Bathroom spaces for our clients in the Bay Area.
Led by Mya, an architect and interior designer with over 10 years of experience working in retail, workplace and residential interiors, our studio here to help you bring your dream project to life irrespective of scale or complexity - whether it is styling a bookshelf or building equity with kitchen and bath remodels, or ADU expansions.
If you already have plans for the remodel and only need a second opinion, we are available to consult by the hour.
Our approach to design is based on honoring your stylistic preferences and personalize the design to fit your unique needs. We look forward to partnering with you to make your dream space a reality!

We hired StudioAsraya for our interior design project in Bay Area. The owner Sowmya herself worked on this and spent enough time to understand our lifestyle, what we value and how we use each and every space. She is tech savvy and that helped us in getting a series of videos with curated list of options that will fit our style preferences. She had prepared them lot of attention to detail and made it easy for us to pick and purchase in less than 5 mins. This saved us a lot of time and analysis paralysis. She was there for one of the tricky tile installations and made sure that the pattern turns out exactly as she envisioned. Totally worth the cost and we would definitely hire her for our future projects as it is seamless with the tech tools she has handy.

Sowmya provided exceptional guidance when I became stuck on a preliminary kitchen design that I worked on with designer provided by our cabinet company. She provided two fresh alternative layouts complete with inspiration photos that brought to life the functional and aesthetic elements I wanted. Sowmya is also warm, responsive, and delightful all around. I'm looking forward to working with her again on design and interior projects.

Sowmya is extremely thorough with her work. She helped us with designing our family room, bathroom and kitchen. She has an eye for aesthetics and function at the same time and was very engaged with understanding of our needs whole advising on details that we would typically ignore. Very satisfied with her work.

I was preparing to remodel my home and wanted to update it with a contemporary design that would add value for the long run while suiting my current household needs. The consultation I received was practical, prompt and added the best value for my home.
