The Best of OCD

Introduction: Hi, my name is Tameka and I would like to show you The Best of OCD. I am a 27 year old Registered Nurse with anxiety and OCD tendencies. I work full time as a Home Health nurse and enjoy completing organizing projects in my free time on weekends. In my experience, most people percieve OCD as a bad thing, but in my personal experience I have seen how it can drive my motivation, spark creativity, and make me more attentive to detail. As a Home Health nurse, I have seen first hand how people’s environments can affect both mental and physical health. I have always noticed the connection between having a clean and organized space and the effect it has on my own anxiety and ability to function in my home. So while some would call me a neat freak, I take that as a compliment! Having an organized space is important, but implementing ways to maintain your space is just as important. Allow me to help you achieve that feeling of ease in your own home!
