Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Please be careful of "builders" who ask YOU to pull your building permit....If you pull your building permit...YOU are responsible for the work, NOT the "builder". And in most cases they charge you "Contractor" prices. As a General Contractor, when I pull the permit, I am responsible for the home, and there are consequences I have to face if the job is not completed, or satisfactory. i.e. lose my license.
