Horrible......They play dumb and then upcharge the job every time they "complete" something. Never offered alternatives.....terrible experience overall BEWARE!

I am sorry you were not pleased with our service. When a home has been unoccupied for an extended period of time and sustained extensive freeze damage to the water distribution system there is no way to tell how extensive it is at first glance. In a freeze damage situation like yours we always recommend repairing what is visible, then restoring water to the house to check for other problem areas that may be hidden in the walls, ceiling or elsewhere. We stayed in contact with you every step of the way, provided upfront pricing which you approved prior to making any additional repairs. We even made multiple trips to the house because we could not reach you for authorization. We cannot proceed with any additional repairs without your approval. These situations can be especially difficult when the home owner is not present, just like our situation here. It is much easier to understand the details of any repair job when the results can be viewed first hand. Christian Plumbing has been in business serving the Appalachian area since 1974. Customer service is our top priority and we are proud of the stellar reputation we work very hard to maintain.
Again, I am sorry you were not pleased with our services. We will listen to your criticism and do our best to learn from it so we can improve in the future.
