Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. My most common jobs are biker parties and birthday parties.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. My suggestion would be for customers to meet the actual DJ prior to their function, to be sure you feel secure in knowing that this person is right for the job.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I would be inqusitive about the music and how it is plugged from a computer to the speakers. This has always facinated me more than any other part of actually doing a DJ gig..

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. The potential client should have a date, a time, and always have a location for the function. Sometimes the location is the most important factor in finding the right DJ.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My Mobile DJ service is my livelyhood. This is my outlet on life and I put my heart and soul into every job that I do. Others might not look at a DJ as being serious and inten on doing their absolute best but this is what makes B & E Mobile DJ stand apart from the rest.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The thing that I like most when I go to DJ is the music and watching people having fun and dancing. If the guests are up and dancing, that is when I know I am doing my job. If no one dances, the entire night is a flop for me.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The most common question I get is whether I have a particular style of music and then they give me song titles so I always try to have internet service available at all my gigs so that if I don't have a particular song already downloaded, I can have it momentarily..

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I do but I will share it with someone on a more private setting like face to face...it is really funny.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I wish everyone knew how hard I work on having things perfect for their function. It takes me 2-3 weeks of really working hard to have their music preference ready for their function. I put a lot of hours into their function before I ever get there.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Music is and has always been an imprtant factor in my life. Music either makes you happy, sad, or you feel the need to scream . Music always makes my feet move !!

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I recently DJ a 14yr. old's birthday party. Everyone danced and sometimes it is hard to get the teenagers to dance, but not this time! Even the chaperones and the grandparents danced. It was an awesome party.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I do keep up with all the updates in equipment and music, because like everything else, it all gets out-dated very quickly, so I have to stay up on all the latest items available.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. My most recent job was a biker party, which lasted for over 15 hours. It was a lot of fun for me and I could have stopped long before I did, but I thoroughly enjoyed entertaining the guests and myself as well.
