Introduction: I am the owner of the company and take great pride in providing great classes throughout North and South Carolina. Majority of my customers return year after year. I am a state certified firefighter and EMT so I have real world experience. I enjoy meeting people and helping them become better prepared in an emergency. Over the many years of teaching I have met some amazing people. I do prefer a minimum of 8 people for a class.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing as competitive as I possibly can. In doing so I do prefer a minimum of 8 people for a class. For groups of 15 or more I can provide a discount based on the total number of people in class.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a customer will contact me with an approximate number of people to be in the class. We work out a date and time to hold the class at their location. About 4-7 days out I will contact you to confirm the total number for the class. I can invoice you after the class or you can pay day of class.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do continuing education throughout the year to keep up on any new information that has been put out.
