FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary based on travel time, length of session, and specific goals of the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial meeting to discuss medical and fitness history, and to perform a fitness assessment. From that, I will create a program designed for the individual's specific needs and interests. The first 4-6 weeks are critical as we are getting to know each other, and I typically will make adjustments to the program during those weeks as I begin to see what the customer responds to well. I care, and I will not give up on anyone who asks for my assistance. Yet, I do expect you to not give up as well. If you hire me, we become a team, and we stay a team. I will be with you from the beginning, through each stage of your training plan, and will stay with you until you decide you no longer need my support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NASM Certified in Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, Senior Fitness, and Youth Exercise, and I am also a Master Trainer with Lebert Training Systems. Additionally, I am a USATF Certified Level II Coach.
