Graham was on time and stayed until the project was satisfactorily completed. My internet service was on and off and my printer was not responding to my computers. He brought with him equipment that might be needed, saving me time-and money. As the work progressed, Graham explained what he was doing, answered my questions, patiently helping this novice to understand. After diagnosing and solving the problems, he tested the equipment in different areas of my home, gave helpful suggestions, and all is great a day after. His price was very reasonable considering his expertise/excellent quality of the work. Thanks again, Graham!

I am very happy with my iMac. MacMate/Graham did an amazing job installing a new hard drive for me as well as installing the latest Mac OS. He was very fast and very thorough and took the time to explain what he was going to do and when I picked my computer back up he showed me what he did and how to change settings, etc. Definitely use him for any of your Apple products!

Graham Latter did a great job helping me recover lost data from a damaged hard disk. He was understanding and efficient and flexible with times which made it easy to get the hard drive to him and to pick it back up. He is personable and his rates are very reasonable and I will be taking my macbook to him whenever it needs fixing again!
