Graham came and met with us today. He did everything we needed, and then troubleshot some potentially serious other issues as well. Although he came to work on the office Mac by the end of the visit he'd also ironed out a few of the PC issues as well. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

Graham was on time and stayed until the project was satisfactorily completed. My internet service was on and off and my printer was not responding to my computers. He brought with him equipment that might be needed, saving me time-and money. As the work progressed, Graham explained what he was doing, answered my questions, patiently helping this novice to understand. After diagnosing and solving the problems, he tested the equipment in different areas of my home, gave helpful suggestions, and all is great a day after. His price was very reasonable considering his expertise/excellent quality of the work. Thanks again, Graham!

Graham saved me - showed up on a Sunday afternoon and got my laptop back up and running after the whole hard drive had been erased inexplicably - he's a genius! In the meantime, while waiting for everything to reload from my backup drive, he fixed my printer, sped up my router while talking to some idiot from Time Warner Cable for over a half hour which he didn't even charge me for - and he answered all sorts of questions that I didn't even know I had and showed me all sorts of tips and tricks to make my life easier! He was fast, reasonably priced, and super knowledgeable about all things Mac and Apple - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
