Cody quickly diagnosed the issue and set to work fixing it. He climbed on the roof, removed the dryer vent screen and told me those screens should never be installed. He then put an extendable brush into the vertical vent and removed a lot of lint. Very pleased with his work. Will hire him again

If I could give Cody 10 stars, I would. First, he had not heard the cacophony of cicadas like we have in North Durham yet. That was a treat. My dryer vent from house to outside was not connected, blowing lint into the crawl space. He fixed it from the back of the dryer all the way to outside. We had no idea how bad it was. Cody was great. Communication was perfect. If I ever have another problem, I’m calling Cody.

Cody was great! Good communicator, On time, personable and courteous He explained the process and showed Me the cleaning results on his phone - Years off dirt and dust gone! Our House feels cleaner and we are breathing Better ….. thanks Cody!

100% recommend DUCK to anyone looking to get work done. Was quick, thorough, and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. Very knowledgeable and left me with a set of expectations on what upkeep should be like and what I should look for in the future in terms of troublesigns.
