- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although printing seems straight forward, there are many variable that change from job to job. So to provide the customer with the best price, we prefer to take down the job requirements and provide a quote for each job. This allows us to provide feedback on volume price break points and to provide pricing on less expensive alternatives that we can provide.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently had a Marketing firm come to us and said that they needed us to design and print a brochure for their high-end customer. However, for this project, they were on a very tight budget. We took on the challenge and quickly provided them with a proof for their approval. After we delivered the brochure ahead of schedule and on budget, the customer told us that they were extremely happy with our results and are planning to do more business with us going forward.
