Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Be diligent and thorough in your search for the best combination of experience and credentials. You will be best served by a Home Inspection firm that takes their business with you just as seriously as you take your real estate transaction/purchase....

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. It may surprise you to learn that all licensed Home Inspectors are not created equally' likewise, the Home Inspections that they perform, and the reports that they produce, are not at all equal.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. 1) How long have you been in business?
2) How many fee-paid Home Inspections have you performed.
3) Are you a certified ASHI Inspector?
4) Can I accompany you during the Home Inspection?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Having decided that 1) You need a Home Inspection and 2) Doing a diligent search for the most qualified inspector....will take you far in a successful real estate transaction. Then, trust your selected Home Inspector to do the very best job that they can do on your behalf.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our services and products are able to be readily differentiated from that of our competition because, simply put, we work harder than the majority of our competition and we thoroughly understand all aspects of the Home Inspection industry. Our experience and knowledge will benefit you, the client!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The things that I like the very most about my job is that I get to meet allot of people; and those good people need my service to help them make a smart, informed transaction decision.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. If I could contribute to a better, or more universal, understanding of the Home Inspection profession, I would want everyone to know that the Home Inspection should not be considered a commodity.

Q. What is your greatest strength?

A. If I had to assess my greatest strength as a professional Home Inspector, it would likely be a dedicated work ethic that includes an almost compulsive attention to detail...that is partly what allows me to provide a high level of service to my clients in a way that they can be certain that I actually do care about them and their real estate concerns.
