- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to start helping people with personal training because I enjoy the activity of act of exercise. I figured if I enjoy it so much why not help someone who doesn't.

The most commons jobs that I do for my clients weight loss, endurance training, toning and weight lifting.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
With anyone you hire to make sure you and them have a plan of action. Also let them know specifics of how you want things done and what you want to do.
