- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mural Project Minimum: $2,000 Murals are priced based on size and detail. There are 3 tiers of pricing. Base pricing includes preliminary designs with one round of revisions, client correspondence, prep and installation, supplies and insurance. Tier 1: 2,000 - 5,000 Simple level of detail, small wall Tier 2: 5,000 - 10,000 Medium level of detail, medium wall Tier 3: 10,000 + High level of detail, large wall Final project pricing will be determined by a variety of factors including wall size, complexity of design, lift/scaffold equipment required to access the space, additional design revisions, and travel costs for projects more than 40 miles outside of Raleigh, NC.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here’s a quick overview of the process to create the perfect mural for your space! 1. Submit the Mural Inquiry – include inspiration images if possible 2. Complimentary Discovery Call – let’s discuss the space and your goals 3. Preliminary Designs Presented – this will help us visualize the mural in your space 4. Contract and Invoice – deposit sent and documents signed 5. Final Design Approval – one round of revisions included for proposed designs 6. Mural In Progress – on-site work begins, the most intense part of the project 7. Project Wrap-Up – the finished mural is unveiled, the space is transformed!
