Mike is awesome! Every workout is different and effective. Only been with him 2 1/2 weeks and have lost almost 5 pounds and I am definitely seeing results.

I love Mike! I've been working with him for about 6 moths and have seen a huge improvement in my body shape, strength, and confidence. He never repeats workouts and always keeps me on my toes. He makes it fun so I don't even feel like I'm working out. He's even helped my son with his foot work for football. Overall a sweet guy who really knows what he is doing!

He did a free consultation which was nice. He sat down and asked about goals and got to know you. Gave you a packet to read over about workouts and nutrition. It also including getting initial stats and a 30/45 minute workout. It is schedule as you go and he is really flexible with times/dates which is really nice. As well as helped me work out a good payment plan. I worked out with him for 3 months and I saw a significant different in my muscles, strength wise, and endurance which was my goal but didn't really get the toning, abs, and full body image I had in mind. Sometimes can be flaky or hard to get ahold of in certain circumstances. As well as gives some attention while the session is going on but doesn't constantly encourage or tell you to push through the pain like some trainers do. I guess it's all about preference but I would have liked someone who paid attention more and gave me encouragement when it got tough instead of texting or something. The facility is a private and small but nice. It has three cardio machines, hand weights, weight machines, benches, yoga mats, resistance bands, etc. The bathrooms are nice and it has one shower if you would like to use it. It has one TV and they play music. Mike was very nice and funny. There was not a day that he came in mad, upset, or treated me differently in any way. He does know what he is doing and will help you reach your immediate goals. I left because it was too far of a drive since I had moved recently, I wanted to join a gym since now I knew I could do the workouts and got a routine down, as well as I wanted to have someone who payed attention a little more since it is one-on-one training and I am paying good money for my session.

I had a great experience with Mike. He’s professional yet down to earth. He pushed me hard but kept motivating me to complete our workout sessions. Knowing that I am at the very beginning of my fitness journey, the results that Mike helped me to achieve in such a short amount of time have given me the inspiration to continue on my journey to improved health and wellness.
