Introduction: For each visit for our dog clients, we will go on a nice walk, give fresh water, feed as requested, have playtime, and give lots of love and attention. For our cat clients, we will feed, give fresh water, scoop litter, have playtime, and give lots of love and attention. We offer 30-minute, 45-minute, and one hour visits. In addition, we offer live-in and overnight care. We have experience caring for pets from a young age all the way to when they're seniors. We have a client communication, scheduling, and invoicing portal and real-time visit notes including pictures are emailed to you after each visit :) We are an insured and bonded company and all of our sitters complete a background check as part of the hiring process. Keeping Pets Happy at Home on their normal schedule and routine and having many satisfied and repeat customers. We really enjoy seeing all the different breeds of pets and caring for them, big or small, we LOVE them all!!!

I have been using Cindy's Pet Services for over three years and they have been nothing but wonderful! I have two 16 year old cats who do not like to leave the comfort of their home and I was very lucky to find a pet sitter as professional and thorough as Cindy to come into my home and check on them while I was away. From my first meeting with Cindy I was very impressed that she wanted to meet me and my cats before accepting the job. She got all the important details and from that day on I have never been worried when leaving my cats in Cindy's care. She even checked on them during a snow storm we had last year! If you are looking for a pet sitter in Raleigh, NC you won't find one better than Cindy!

I moved to NC for a job and needed to travel for that job just a week after moving. I was stressed at the idea of finding a pet sitter I could trust in such a short amount of time. Taking to the internet I found Cindy's Pet Sitting Services. I called and Cindy arranged to meet me at my house with my areas pet sitter, Jill. First off, I love that they have all their forms are online so thorough. I was able to detail all the important things my pet sitter needed to know about my pets. I also like that all the details are spelled out in the contract. When Cindy and Jill came over they went over everything with me and made sure I didnt have any questions or concerns. The main thing I love about Cindys Pet Sitting Service though is that I could tell that Cindy and my pet sitter Jill LOVE animals. Jill was on the floor with my big mutts before the visit ended, not scared by the jowls, drool, or hair encountered! My animals took to her immediately, even my more skittish dog Tina. When Im gone my pet sitter has texted me when any issues come up. I love that she is so communicative and alert to my animals behavior and patterns. With her level of oversight I finally feel comfortable leaving my pets at home and going on trips out of town! The notes that the pet sitter leaves are great too; very detailed and thorough. Overall I would recommend Cindys Pet Sitting Service to anyone looking for a service that will take impeccable care of their pets. I have found my NC pet care provider!

I was very happy when I came home from our first trip when Cindy cared for our cats. I could tell the cats were well taken care of and received lots of attention. Cindy left written notes from each visit giving us details on their care and behavior. It was such a relief to know she did more than just put food in the bowl and changed the litter. And I liked the little things such as our mail was piled neatly on the counter. When we travel in the summer, I ask Cindy to water my two flowerpots on the balcony daily. They always look great when we return so I know she thoroughly watered them. For the first 2 years, Cindy was our pet sitter. However over the years, she has expanded her business and now Jill cares for our pets. It is obvious that Jill loves our cats and provides the same high level of care as Cindy. Once in awhile, Jill will email me a funny photo of our cats which I think is a nice touch. Jill takes care of other pets in my condo building so I often see her walking dogs. We have been using Cindys Pet Sitting Service for 3.5 years and we highly recommend her services.

I cannot say enough good things about Cindys Pet Sitting! Cindy and her team have been wonderful to me and my two dogs and I have used them over the past few years and have really enjoyed getting to know her and her team. I have worked with Cindy, as well as three of her dog sitters all have been outstanding! I was very impressed with the level of professionalism I received by both Cindy and my current dog sitter, Colleen. We had our initial visit in which Cindy accompanied Colleen to meet me, learn about the dogs and get to know our routine. I was provided documentation, contact information, copies of insurance, etc more than I really even knew to ask for!! and was also made to feel like a friend. Which is very reassuring.leaving not only your pet children in someone elses care but your home as well it helps to know that it is with someone that you can trust! Colleen is just fantastic! You can tell that she a real animal lover and she is so thoughtful with my dogs. I have an older dog that is allergic to corn while during the discovery and rehab of this condition, Colleen was so concerned, offered to help and asked about Banx --- even when she wasnt sitting for him. My younger dog keeps her busy with fetch and the overwhelming need for attention --- she takes it all in stride. She is just wonderful and I am so lucky to have her to call on to take care of my boys! I highly recommend Cindys Pet Sitting services Cindy and her team are professional, thoughtful and they get it! You have to care about not only the pets but the people to be successful and they do! I have had the same dog sitter for over a year now; however, if there is ever a need for a substitute, Cindy makes the effort to bring the sub for me to meet ahead of time sometimes just in case one is needed! so that I feel at ease with all members of her team. Cindys is the best ~ hands down!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not really complicated, we do FREE Consults to meet you, your pets, interact with them, get keys, & you meet your assigned pet sitter. $20 per 30min visit that is for up to 2 animals - each additional pet over 2 pets is $2 per visit. We offer a discounted rate of $18 per walk for our mid-day walk clients who use us weekly for Monday through Friday walks. We have a lot of regular mid-days that love this service & they can have a life after work again and not worry about rushing home. Live-in Pet Care - $110 a day Overnights - $85 a night - arrive around 5pm for dinner, leave to see other pet sitting pets for an hour or 2 depending on the sitters schedule, back by 9pm for last potty break and spend the night. The next AM your sitter will feed and give a good walk then leave your home by 7:30 or 8am depending on their schedule.

We do a FREE Consult to meet them and their pet and get to know the routines and where things are around their home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take a Pet First Aid / CPR class every other year to stay up on things. We also offer training for our employees on topics such as safety, how to prevent leashing pulling, etc.
