I very rarely write reviews for this type of work but the team at Eastern was so amazing I wanted to share. I called them for a water/mold issue in my shower and I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful they were. They were so respectful of my home and my time and walked me through the process start to finish. Aliyah and Hope (the owner) were so incredibly nice and I was so surprised that the owner of the business was actually there doing work with her team. They left things cleaner than they were before and followed up with several times to make sure everything was good. Usually these situations are a total headache and it was so refreshing to work with a trustworthy company. Highly recommend!!!

I had an issue with black mold in my place, these gentlemen came in and figured out why there was black mold as well as other issues I had no idea about. They repaired and replaced things as if it were their own. Im grateful for their services

Eastern Restoration & Disaster has been amazing to us. We had a water fixture that was filled with water, with no knowledge of where it was coming from. They came out to us first thing and got to work. They brought out all of the equipment and set us up with a plumber, and an HVAC person to get down to the problem. The team has amazing communication skills, and clearly the knowledge to help us get back on our feet. With every step they have been clear and consistent with their approach and values. They listened to our concerns and fought for us with insurance to make sure we were taken care of. I hope I never have this kind of issue again, but I will forever be loyal to Eastern Restoration & Disaster! Hope, Aaliyah, Jackson, and everyone else that has helped us - THANK YOU!
