We offer database design, contact management, eNewsletter design, event planning, and other services tailored to fit the needs of your particular business.

Transcription is offered to a myriad of industries, so whether it's a medical focus group, TV show, interviews, minutes, or any other meeting that is recorded, we do our best to go from speech to text in a time frame that meets your needs.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Communication is key in any relationship, be it business or personal. Establishing the best times of the day to communicate and the preferred form of communication helps start the relationship off on the right path. Providing clear expectations and being open to feedback.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. If I were a customer I'd want to know what services which are not standard with other services in my industry, does Alternate Office Solutions (AOS) offer. How many hours of services is AOS able to provide in a week/month? Are systems and processes documented in some sort of operational procedures guide by AOS for each client?

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. A consumer should ask for references. Is there a different rate for exclusivity? In addition to general administrative support, what other support does AOS offer that may provide the consumer with an alternative to paying a higher price when outsourcing that service to somewhere else (i.e.: bookkeeping, website maintenance). Best form of communicating.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. What is their budget? How much they are willing to spend on services per month? Copy of confidentiality agreement. What "cloud" system is used for online collaboration? Who will have access to their information?
