- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Professional cleaning $50: Clean the system inside and out. Full diagnostic, software cleaning and antivirus checks. Make sure all software is upto date and working properly. If additional is needed I will always contact you before work is done. Per hour rates: $35 per hour for residential min first hour $75 per hour for commercial min first hour Barter: I do barter service for service if you need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always go back to CFCC when there are new classes to take. Last one was computer forensics. That was a really fun class. If I see any online education I take it. Plus stay up to date on the mags and online whitepapers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My first computer was a commodore 64, been hooked ever since. Plus I love the logic of machines, no matter how detailed and complicated it is, it's just 1's & 0's. I find that so beautiful!
