Brady did a great job at fixing our radon issue. He was also helpful and willing to work with us on some issues we had around our sump pump warranty. We would hire him again.

If I could give this company 20 stars I would! They installed wood flooring for me and it was perfectly cut and installed (and I had a lot of very crazy angles in my rooms) They communicated with me, called to verify times (I didn’t have to chase them to remind of time), gave me a very fair price for the high level of craftsmanship, no surprise charges, completed in time they stated and they know what they are doing. I’ve had a professional flooring company install for me but this company could run circles around them. They know their business and construction. Extremely nice to deal with too! As you can tell I can’t say enough about the quality and professionalism and knowledge you will get when you hire M&D Property Solutions.

Brady offered same day service. He was very professional, arrived early, and got the job done quickly. I would definitely use his services again.

Details: No large items to haul • Mixed trash • Enough to fill half of a pickup truck • There are no flights of stairs
