Installed hvac system blew compressor in a month, did not put in level. Also wired to wrong amp wire. After calling at least 20 times he did not return phone calls. I finally reached him at his house and he would not help repair the problem. He explained to me that he was a plumber and did not know any thing about hvac but he installed the unit. So not use this guy he does not stand behind his work.

Douglas Gaines Installed a kitchen faucet and toilet part. Doug was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Total installation and repair took one hour. I would be inclined to use him again.

Douglas Gaines responded rapidly to my call. When he arrived he quickly assessed the situation (leaking pipe) then left to buy the parts. Without delay he promptly installed the new faucet. It seemed the task took no longer than 10 minutes. Mr. Gaines was courteous and professional. There are no complaints to report. I would certainly call Guaranteed Solutions again.
