- What types of customers have you worked with?
We mostly do virus removal and anti virus software installations. Next is upgrades - adding new hard drives and adding more ram for faster program response. I enjoy building new computers to my customers specifications or whatever they feel would benefit them the most.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone local to you - that way it saves time and money for the tech that is coming out. I will travel up to 40 miles but most techs probably won't go that far. Also consider using a remote service if you are have a virus, malware or other software issue.
