- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For junk removal our pricing is volume based with a minimum of $99.00 up to a full load which cost $499. If you do not have a full load we have many different values depending on how much junk you have. For moving our rate for 2 hunks with truck is $130 per hour and 3 hunks with truck is $160. For labor only our rate is $95 per hour for 2 hunks with a $40 trip fee.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide full service moves for clients. Are you MOVING your home, your office, your business or your warehouse?? We can help with trained College HUNKS who are trained by our professional move managers and expert moving professionals. They are professional, efficient and careful with your belongings. CHHJ-M provides labor services for those of you who need help loading/unloading their PODS or rental trucks. Do you need someone to pack your belongings? We can do it and we do it professionally. We wrap / box and then load them onto your truck so that when you get to your destination you do not have to worry about precious items being broken, cracked or chipped. We also provide Junk Hauling Services. We help you organize and declutter your home, office or business. We then haul away the items that you do not need. We utilize Donation Partners to reutilize our precious natural resources and minimize waste (our landfills are already to full). Call the HUNKS. Our aim is to AMAZE!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always hire a professional company that is fully licenced and insured. Review their customer service rankings to determine how previous customer's have rated them in the past. HUNKS stands for: Honest, Uniformed, Nice, Knowledgeable, Students. There is a huge difference in your experience when you are working with people motivated to do a "great" job for their customer.
