i was definately satisfied with the work performed by Jacob Scott Drywall. They were very low prices, with the best quality I've seen. I give them 2 thumbs up! I would recommend this company to anyone in need of drywall services, especially someone who wants quality work. It is hard to find these days!

Jake is the hardest working young man I know. He comes to the job and gets the work done. The quality of his work was outstanding. We didn't get estimates when we had him do work for us but I have since found out that he's a lot cheaper than others. He was very clean and you won't believe how little clean up there is when he leaves. I am so appreciative of having found such a good sheetrock person and I will recommend him any opportunity I have.

Jake repaired my kitchen ceiling due to a leak in the bathroom upstairs. He came in and fixed it and there was no mess. I couldn't tell that he had been there and he was very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Most often, I see remodel jobs. In tough economical times, there is not a huge demand for building. I do offer all types of drywall services from remodel to a brand new home. Popcorn ceiling removal is a common job also. Many people are in the market to update their homes, and this is a simple method used to do it, with minimal cost. We offer custom textures, patch and crack repair, and much more!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would recommend to anyone seeking a drywall contractor to only hire professionals. There are many handyman companies that do a decent job at all trades. But by hiring a professional who specializes in drywall, you will most likely have a better finished product. Whether it be our company or another, I would recommend checking to make sure that you are getting quality, as well as a good price. I have seen so many cases of people regreting the company they chose because of the poor quality, and the cheapest price. In most cases, you get what you pay for. Of course you want a good price also!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

One problem that I regularly come accross is fixing a customers handy work. Not to say that any customer "can not do drywall"....but it takes skill and practice to do this profession. Many times when a customer tries to fix the drywall alone, it makes it more difficult for me to finish the project that they have started. It is generally easier for me to come in and do the entire job, than to fix the leftovers. It is usually less in cost as well.
