Anthony is great!! I use to HATE working out and I gave up every time, but not this time because Anthony won’t let me lol. He is knowledgeable, approachable, motivating, pushes and challenges me but not too hard, monitors and recognizes the obstacles I am overcoming. He stays in constant contact and I always feel like my concerns are important when it comes to working out. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for someone who is dedicated to making your life better through better eating habits and working out. In two weeks I’m down almost 5 lbs and it doesn’t stop there!
