We contacted Lou Everett about being a motivational speaker at our Leadership Conference for our nonprofit and the first thing that impressed me was his responsiveness. I put in a request for a quote online and within 24 hours I not only received a very reasonable quote, but I had the opportunity to speak to Lou on the phone to discuss our needs. Speaking to Lou, you can feel his passion, enthusiasm and positive energy immediately. It was an easy decision to hire The Lou Everett Group. To prepare for our conference, Lou graciously spoke to our event host in length to make sure he aligned his message to the theme of the conference and thoroughly researched our organization’s mission, vision and values. The week of the event, Lou was in contact with us to make sure everything was set and confirmed all arrangements. They even showed up early to the conference to check the space and set up, but the icing on the cake was that they attended a picnic for our conference attendees and very professionally engaged with our members. At the event, Lou’s message hit the nail on the head, addressed several items our organization struggles with and left our conference attendees leaving the conference on a high note. I was very at ease with the whole process. I highly recommend The Lou Everett Group.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love talking with your new clients! We will have a no cost initial conversation about your needs and current struggles to get a baseline for how we can partner together for success. At that time, we schedule out our next appointment to begin our coaching relationship or speaking engagement.
