- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is done per job. I give an estimate and we adjust as the scope of the job changes along the way. If it stays the same, I stick with the quote or less if it took less time than expected. If after a job is completed further work or maintenance is needed we will discuss a price per hour.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been making stuff since I was a kid. When it was time to go to high school I had to decide between a trade school where I could concentrate on carpentry or a regular high school where they had a decent art class. It seemed going the art route would offer a more diverse future.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Small Web sites, CD packaging, email programming, art production.
