    I dropped my iPhone 5 in the water, and took it in the next day. The nice lady who helped me got my phone working almost immediately, and 24 hours later, I got my phone back. She also kept me informed along the way about how the repair was going. Highly recommend!

    We needed to get our Autistic son's iPhone 3GS repaired FAST! We went in after calling and he fixes it immediately and also helped us with picking better replacement charger cords! Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure you use a provider that is trained/certified in these types of repairs. Also make sure the company has good client feedback and offers a good warranty on all of their repairs. We offer 90 days on ours. Beware of people that do not have an actual location and want to meet you somewhere to do the repair. These are people that offer a super low price but typically use really cheap parts and offer no warranty.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I think for the most part people do not know this trade exists and that it could save them money to repair their current device instead of having to purchase a new one.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Find out if there is a warranty and how long it is for. Make sure the company is legitimate and not just some kid in his car buying parts on ebay and learning the repair on youtube.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. The most important thing is to find out if the cost of the repair is worth it or if you should just get a new phone. If your phone still operates and you are close to your upgrade you can always hold out for the new phone and then sell the damaged one to us.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I am a perfectionist and I believe in giving the customer the best possible service that I can. I do not cut corners like some other shops do.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like interacting with the customer and being able to provide a needed service with good quality and an affordable price that most people did not know existed.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The question I get the most is how difficult is it making the repairs. My answer is, that it is quite difficult especially if you have no prior training or experience.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I wish more people knew that my service exists. Most people do not realize that you can have your cell phone repaired and they just throw it away and buy a new one.
