- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to ask if the property has ever been professionally cleaned and if so, when was it cleaned. We also ask for the size of the property and details on exactly what the customer wants cleaned. We love to have a clear understanding so we can give a great estimate to ensure the customer is happy and satisfied. 😊
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
