FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For service calls and smaller jobs I have a service call price sheet I can provide upon request to customers to often times eliminate the need for a site visit estimate. For larger jobs I always make a site visit and provide a firm price through email. For Pressure washing I have a price sheet as well that I apply to the customers home once I can input the square footage of areas to be cleaned. Occasionally I must also add a price factor for liability. Working at high heights, roofing, etc....The more dangerous the work the more it will cost to make the risk worth the reward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I email them a copy of my references and insurance and try to set up an appointment for a site visit. We meet at the proposed job and determine the scope of the work and then I will typically email them a formal estimate in 24-48 hours. If we come to an agreement a contract is sent through email and we schedule a start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
