A. I would recommend doing research on any web and graphic design studio you're thinking of hiring, making sure they are a good fit for your company and your needs. Check out each of their portfolios to make sure the quality of their work is what you're hoping to get with your project.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. The design industry is often confusing for customers because they don't speak the technical jargon or design lingo, so it's hard to find a company that fits you well. Make sure you like other projects in the repertoire of the company you choose and have a good overall feeling about their communication and responsiveness. The main complaints I hear about the industry revolve around customer service.
