Introduction: A big welcome from Angie Montgomery Coaching and Consulting! I’m so glad you found your way here. My mission is to encourage and support others in reaching the goals and dreams they find most meaningful. Life Coaching is done in a one-on-one setting where all areas of life are discussed to determine where the client would like to begin their work. The goal of life coaching is to help you identify your next steps in life, set goals and begin living the life of your dreams! Oftentimes there is work that must be done on a personal level before we can take our next steps. As your coach, I will ask questions to help guide you to your answers. An action plan with SMART goals will be developed. Individuals who have experienced coaching report they have better relationships inside and outside of the workplace, possess a deeper sense of who they are and are more fulfilled in all areas of their life. Coaching is offered in person in the Omaha, NE area and via telephone or Skype around the world. Executive Coaching is similar to Life Coaching, however, it has more of an emphasis on the workplace and becoming a better, more effective leader. This type of coaching is oftentimes geared towards organizational goals and moving an organization forward. An action plan with SMART goals will be developed. Similar to life coaching, it is vital for us to have well rounded, fulfilling lives in all areas to achieve success in the workplace. Coaching is offered in person in the Omaha, NE area and via telephone or Skype around the world. I will work with you to determine the coaching package which best suits your needs. Typically clients will choose to engage in one coaching session per week. However, this is very customizable depending on the needs of the individual or business. There are times when a client would like to meet once or twice depending on their needs. Additional Services include speaking engagements, leadership workshops and organizational consulting specifically in the areas of leadership development, personality assessments, goal setting and employee engagement.
