- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started Crescendo Home Theater because I love music, and it has always been a part of my life. I played the piano and cello as a child, through high school. Growing up I also could not get my hands off our family computer. I merged both passions and the results have been wonderful.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The three most common types of jobs we do are new system installations, existing system upgrades, and general trouble-shooting. Because each client's needs are different, it is difficult to be more specific.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at a provider's gallery and see if they do the same work repeatedly for different clients, or if they do different work for each client. The former suggests they are a company with limited experience and means; the latter suggests they pay close attention to each client and provide unique solutions.
