Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. A great number of our customers do not realize that we can resize photos to fit almost any size engraving, that the original photo can be color, black and white, digital or print. We also restore older and damaged photos and alter photos at no additional charge.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Are prices 'All Inclusive'? We do not up charge for the addition of text or alterations to photos. We charge a set price for all our engravings.
At what resolution is the engraving produced? All our engravings are done at 250 - 333 dpi in order to bring out the finest details in your photo and the highest contrast possible in the base material being engraved.
