Wil was very responsive! He came right out and explained everything he will be doing step by step to inspect our in ground pool and then write a detailed report. We received the report as promised within 24 hours. It was detailed and left no questions unanswered! I would recommend Wil and Modena Construction to anyone who has a pool job or other construction projects. He is very friendly and punctual!

Wil and his crew did an amazing job on a project in our backyard. They followed our vision well and used their expertise to give suggestions and input about what would work well.
