Unlike other surveyors James responded right away to my work request. We settled on a price and he performed the work quickly and efficiently. He gave me advice on putting metal poles at his staked areas and even stated he was available for questions after the job was completed. He responded immediately after the work was performed because I had a question. I recommend him highly.
