- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally we work on a percentage of Gross Income. In some cases we have flat fees or will give discounts for multiple locations or larger buildings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a phone interview first to ensure that what our customer is looking for is what we are able to assist them with. If everything sounds good then we would meet in person either at our office or at the property site to dialogue further.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff and ownership are constantly attending continuing education and classes related to our work field.
