Voted best dog trainer in concord for a reason. She Seems to always have a solution to help you get your dog to where they need to be. And never would put you or your dog in a situation that you couldn't handle. She constantly attends seminars to keep herself up to date with the latest information. And she puts all others before herself. Not only is her business highly professional and a safe place to learn, he staff is wonderful and she is the kindest person I know.

The diverse recommendations that come from NMBDT are amazing! Helen and her staff are very committed to each and one of their client. This is very refreshing in a world of misinformation of how to train your dog properly. I started with Helen during puppy kindergarten and have done many of her classes with a mix of private classes. I am a client for life!!

Positive reinforcement training. After using other trainers with not the greatest results we found Helen. She's extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Highly recommend

Helen and her team are incredible. Their love of dogs and dog owners is so clear in the way they treat their clients (both two-legged and four-legged). I love the style of reward-based training, and felt as though I was being trained to train my dog, instead of just someone else training my dog. This way I can continue working with my dog over time to keep her skills sharp, and I understand the principles to teach her new tricks or habits. I was given the tools and knowledge to help my dog become the incredible, smart, well-behaved dog that she is. Helen and her team are so wonderful at working one on one, as well. When a dog has a specific issue, they take special care to work on that issue and make sure both dog and human are happy. I can't say enough good things about NMBDT. I recommend them to everyone I know with dogs young and old. They're the best of the best and I feel so grateful to have worked with them.
