FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To remain certified as a Special Education educator as well as an Elementary educator, I am required by the state of Massachusetts to take courses to update my skills on an ongoing basis. Similarly, the Guild through which I am certified in hypnosis also requires continuing education hours to maintain my certifications in that area as well. Beyond those required activities, I am naturally a very curious person and am constantly absorbing research in the areas of health, psychology, education and hypnosis to provide my clients with the very best experience to help them reach their goals.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As with any profession, personalities vary widely amongst hypnotists/hypnotherapist, so you are wise to have a chat with the one you want to work with before you come to the office for your session. Jot down all your questions so you can be sure to get them all answered, and then look forward to a very relaxing and interesting experience - even if you've never been hypnotized before. You are always in control, so if you truly want to succeed at your goals, you can find yourself quite pleasantly surprised to discover not only just how well you do with your hypnosis, but also how much you enjoy the experience.
