Introduction: Sense of Balance New Client Special: 1/2 hour free with the purchase of a 1/2-hour massage for $55. "Isabelle Lovell was an engineer for many years before she became a massage therapist. Consequently, she approaches her work like a scientist, yet at the same time as a healer, looking for new techniques and applying them to her already prodigious knowledge of the body. Isabelle will work with you to help you understand your body and conquer your pain. She will listen to you and to your body. If you only want one area addressed she will comply, but I strongly suggest that you also listen to her because she can for instance, relieve a spasm on your neck by massaging a finger, a thumb and a few spots on your feet, avoiding the tender and resistant muscles directly. I have been to other massage therapist and there is no one like her. Isabelle is an artist. Do not expect the same massage every time. She has taught me that the body is a complex organism that defies rote or repetition. do expect to be amazed by how revitalized you will feel afterwards." - D. My upper back has been troublesome for a number of years. Visiting chiros, and physical therapy provided not much relief. So far after just a few visits, Isabelle's work has already allowed me to assume some activities that i thought were gone.

I took my wife the other day for a prenatal massage and she was very happy and very relaxed with the services. Isabelle was very nice and welcoming and made us all feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family

FAQs

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

For the last few months I have had the opportunity to work with several people who suffer with poor posture. They range in ages from 27 to 85. Having the clients lay face up on a foam roller during their massage session allows me to work 3 dimensionally assisting clients to have a positive change in their posture due to the relaxation of the muscles along their spine. With consistent use of the roller at home and continued work with me, clients have noticed less discomfort in their upper neck and shoulder region and that they ‘feel taller’

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Massage boosts the body's immune system, which can become compromised from extended periods of stress. Knots in your muscles can inhibit your ability to perform regular, daily tasks. Before long, an injury that began in your neck can trace to your shoulder, down your arm and into your wrist. The reaction chain can take innumerable forms, but none of them are pleasant. In short, with a therapeutic massage, stress can be significantly reduced. This, in turn, will increase energy, improve your outlook on life, and in the process boost your immune system function. Coupled with modest changes in nutrition and activity levels, massage can be the start of a profound change for the better in your health and well-being.
