Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Most commonly people come to me when they may be stuck in their life, want to make changes, achive goals. Becoming confident and building self esteem. Eliminating stress and anxiety. I work with the whole person, whatever they want to improve, whether it be health, wellness, personal development.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. You have to feel comofrtable with your coach, there needs to be a connection, otherwise the client will not be doing themselves any favors by not having that as they will not feel able to be open and trust. Trust is key and feeling a connection. It is all about the client, they should speak with many coaches before making any decisions, it is so important to ahve the right coach for the client.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. If I was the customer, I wish I knew that coaching is really about me, and that there is no stigma atrached to hiring a coach and I wish I knew that some coaches truly care about the clients and not just about money.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. I believe it is important to have references. I also believe that the client has the right to ask any questions he/she feels fit, before making any investments one should be very comfortable with the provider.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. The client should know at least a little of what they want to achieve, have some kind of agenda, so the relationship can be beneficial to them. They should know that I am Certified In Life Coaching, Spiritual Coaching, Wellness Coaching and am always continuing my education to better myself as a coach and to better the client. They should read testimonials and ask many questions to feel confident in their decision to hire me.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My coaching stands out because I go the extra mile for the client. I make myself available for them and I get to know them and really learn what they desire. I am honest and caring and I try to always go above and beyond to see them succees.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. It is hard for me to limit what I love most to one thing about Life Coaching, I would say the best part about it is seeing the client grow and achieve what they desire. I love to learn about people and each client teaches me things as well. The rewards are amazing, to see the clients shine and to know that I have helped them get there.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What is a Life Coach and how is it different from therapy? Cocahing is a partnership between coach and client, the client brings the agenda and the coach works on the present and the future. Therapy is more about the past and why you feel a certain way. Coaching is different it is all about the client and what they want to change or achieve and improve their life as it is today.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I have many, but this one always brings me to tears. When I first started coaching, still for no charge, a woman came to me and told me she could not leave her home, she had lost her job due to agoraphobia and she was deathly afraid to drive. After a month of only emailing, she left her house, went back to work and she got a job as a bus driver, she sent me the photos with a huge thank you and I cried and I was so proud of her and grateful I was able to help her get her life back.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I wish they knew that this is my passion and it is a real profession. I wish they knew that my coaching can change their lives for the better and that I never judge anyone, I listen, I am trained in many areas and I want the client to succeed. I am very comfortable to talk to and I am caring and compassionate and I love people and I want to make a difference in their lives. There is no greater gift then to guide and support people to positve change.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I always helped people and wanted to make a difference, but my own experience with anciety is what made me decide, if I helped myself, I know I would not like to see anyhone else go through what I had, so I wanted to become a coach, not just in anxiety, but in all areas of life. I am a business woman, a mother and I have a lot of education and life experiences and I was confident that I could help others, it is my passion and purpose.
