- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per hour, but at 3 hours we start to give discounts and the discount gets greater with more time. We also charge for mileage, but it is very fair. 10 miles or less is $5.00 and every 10 additional miles is $5.00 more, all the way up to 60 miles which is 30$ for mileage. If you are a repeat customer then you will automatically get a 10% discount. Our cancellation policy: Please give us 7 days notice of cancellation for events. Emergencies will be handled on a case by case basis. The deposit will not be refunded if event is cancelled within the final 7 days before the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to answer any questions that a new customer may have, and give references if needed. We love to connect and show our skill to make new customers feel as comfortable as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been reading tarot for many years. We now teach Tarot Classes as well, and have helped many people learn and become successful readers.
