We show and teach you how to be fit using the newest exercises, techniques and equipment. Our training style is functional in nature; ideal for police, firefighter, military as well as average people who want to get in shape and feel great. Your first class is free so come by, get a great workout, and see what we have to offer! At On Target Fitness our goal is to be the best part of your day! The address for our convenient location is 4 Cutts St. Unit 2, Portsmouth, NH 03801. I absolutely love the teaching aspect of being a personal trainer. Most people want to succeed and I love transferring to them the knowledge and tools necessary to be successful for a lifetime. I find it so rewarding that if I won the lottery and didn't need to work I would still be a personal trainer. I would just drive to my sessions in a nicer car!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    In addition to earning continuing education credits to maintain my NSCA certification I read the latest from reputable training journals daily. I think its very important to stay on top of what is new and what is scientifically supported. There is a lot of junk science out there in the health and fitness industry and the best way to sort through that is with a solid foundation of continuing education.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was motivated to become a personal trainer because I have always been driven to do what I am passionate about. I am passionate about helping people and teaching people.
