Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. My answer is: "You can count on me!" "I will never make you a promise that I cannot keep!" If your order is needed by a specific deadline, I will tell you upfront whether or not I can meet that deadline. I will also let you know approximately how much time I will need to meet your deadline. Also, if you place an order, pay for this order, and I cannot complete it, I will make a FULL refund. "I would rather lose your business TODAY, than lose your business FOREVER!"

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. My customer really need to think about whether they prefer Sterling Silver, Silver Plated, Gold-Filled, Gold Plated, Copper, Brass, or Pewter. This requirement is generally for accent beads and clasps. Also, they need to let me know, re; earring orders, if they need Surgical or Stainless Steel; whether they are sensitive to other metals. And, in the cases of necklaces and bracelets, my customers should measure their neck and/or wrist. For bracelets, once I have the size of the wrist, I add approximately 1/2". In re; to necklaces, the lengh my customer should order depends on where they want their necklace to sit/lay on them (how far below the neckline). If my customers want a choker-style necklace, once I have their neck size, I generally add about 1/2-1" to allow for the clasp to be used with ease.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. All of the ideas for my designs are my own, not copies from magazines or elsewhere. I offer custom-made jewelry for Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Awareness, and more. I do all of my own repairs, and I offer shipping Worldwide! I make jewelry for Awareness, and I all make Baby Bracelets. I can make a single piece, or I can make 100 pieces!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like most about my Jewelry Business is that it is my own. I built it from the ground up, I built my own website, and I handle all orders one at a time with care, speed, and accuracy. I like that I can work from home, and I like going to craft shows. I literally have a 'million' ideas; I only wish that I had the money to buy all the materials for all of my ideas!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The most common question is get is: "Can you fix my jewelry even if I didn't originally buy it from you?" And my answer is, "Absolutely!" As long as there is no soldering (melting of two metals together) involved. That is not something I can do. My repairs consist of: Re-sizing, Re-stringing, fixing clasps, fixing some watches, etc.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Yes, I do. Back in March of 2010, I had a surprise call from a Keith White, President of Lupus Awareness And Research. He asked if I could handle a large order of earrings?! His wife, Lori, is a 20+ year Lupus survivor! And Keith wanted to list some of my earrings on his website to help promote Lupus Awareness. I cannot tell you how delighted I was to know that he found me 'out' of all the others online. Of course I said "yes". Since then, Keith has place a couple more orders, and we have become friends. My fiance and I are planning to meet Keith and Lori in person over the next year or so...can't wait!
