Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. There is really no need to workout more that a half hour. It is all about quality and not quantity.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I am personal trainer and also a postural therapist. I believe the foundation to good health begins with being pain free and moving well. I use the Egoscue Method, a non medical way to treat pain and get people moving better. I have been working in the in the fitness field for over 12 years. I have worked with all fitness levels and all ages. My passion is helping people feel better, move better and eat better. Whether you are a weekend warrior, someone who wants to feel better or in need of a tweak in their current workout program I can help you achieve your goals!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love working with my clients and seeing my clients make lasting changes in their life. With my tools clients learn new behaviors and become more confident, feel better, move better. They transform their body from the inside out and learn lasting ways to keep healthy.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How long will it take me to get out of pain and back in shape
That will depend on your motivation level. I provide the tools but my clients do all the work.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. Good posture is the foundation of health. If you are aligned then all your systems digestion, respiration etc will function at its peak.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I am one of the fortunate ones. I knew I wanted to work in the fitness field since I was in high school. I started with a major in the nutrition field and then pursued a job as personal trainer which then led me to postural therapy and learning how to become pain free. I love what I do and have been doing it for over 14 years.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. I hold 3 major certifications and have stay up to date with the recertification process. I love to learn about the body and how to heal it. I am always researching the latest news and research in the field.
