What we liked was the instructors' credibility from their real life experience. They had practical advice that gave us food for thought. The class seemed efficient and the cpr equipment was very new. The price was not the lowest we found but we decided on them due to their willingness to come to our facility on our schedule and the fact that they really use the skills they teach. We had some challenges scheduling as they were booked up on our first choice of dates. We plan to use this company again for other employee training and for our recertification for CPR/1st Aid.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend the annual American Heart Association Scientific Sessions and Resuscitation Science Symposium, the Emergency Nurses Assoc, the AACN NTI, the European Resuscitation Conference and about 20 other annual conferences either for continuing education or to present on various topics in global Resuscitation or medical device innovation.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide EMS training such as ACLS, CPR, PALS, and AMLS. We also provide full service product evaluation, market development, and consulting on medical devices and resuscitation products. Our experience includes new product marketing and general product development assistance. We have worked with several major manufacturers of resuscitation products and medical devices to enhance market position for new and innovative products. Our core business includes delivery of Continuing Education programs for industry, hospitals, and EMS agencies.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find an instructor with current real world experience in the field you are requesting instruction in. Current practicing healthcare professionals provide practical examples and make classes much more interesting.
