Brandon did a great job removing A concrete pad. I had underestimated the depth of the pad but he was totally understanding and professional and cut it up and took it away. This pad was close to the house but was no problem for him. I would hire him again in a minute. Great job, Brandon. Thanks.

Brandon was AMAZING to work with, despite handing in an insanely difficult and frustrating project. Because of drainage issues, I needed to have the patio (which we thought was just a layer of pavers on dirt all the way around) removed from the two sides and back of my house (located in medford and thus in tight space). Brandon responded to my messages promptly, came to survey the spot within a day, and was able to start the next. Unfortunately he hit road blocks at every stop (in the first section there was an extra layer of pavers, the next section was a 4 inch poured concrete, and then we found a section with rebar within the concrete). But at each step, he communicated with me and spent a lot of time with me to explain the options I had. Obviously with much more work than expected, the price went up, but he was incredibly reasonable and his original quote and what I ended up paying were definitely below what I could have gotten anywhere else. He left my place clean and moved things back where they were. I would recommend him 100%!

I am having a new shed installed at my house and needed the site excavated, filled with crushed stone and leveled. It only took about 1 week from first contact with Brandon at Granite State Services for him to come by the house for an estimate, come back to mark up the area for Dig Safe and then to come back again to do the work. From beginning to end, Brandon was VERY responsive (talking minutes here) to my messages/questions to him. He was as careful as could be to cause minimal impact to my lawn where he had to drive his excavator and dump truck. He specifically waited for an extended dry period of weather so as to lessen the impact his machines would have on my yard. The shed pad area came out great!! Brandon even honored my request to deposit my payment check the day I gave it to him (I hate checks hanging out there for days!!) and my money was gone from my account the next day. Oh, and as a bonus, his price was well under an estimate I got from another company, which BTW, took 6 days to get. Brandon’s estimate was either same day or next day.. can’t remember for sure? I’ve never needed any type of excavation work done before, but if I ever need this type of work again in the future, I will definitely be calling Granite State Services for their help. Well done Brandon.. well done!!
