- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a flat fee for inspections. Cleanings are quoted after the inspection and pricing depends on a number of factors; difficulty involved in the cleaning, condition of the flue tiles, time it will take to clean, etc. All liners, caps, restorations and water sealing or crown coating MUST be seen to be quoted.

Every two years our techs are re-certified.
