I was getting quotes for a new install and came across property mend. Josh texted me immediately and was quick to respond to any questions I had. I wanted to have someone take a look at some other jobs I had and he sent his associate Tyler. Once at my house Tyler was extremely respectful and professional. When the job day came, was here a little longer than expected and didn’t try to rush or skip any steps. He made sure everything was done to my liking, even cleaning up after himself. His communication was great just a quick text to let me know he’s on his way goes a long way. I am thankful I found this company since they saved me thousands and now have me as a customer for life. I plan on having a few more jobs done around the house since they both earned my trust. It’s very rare nowadays to not only find someone who likes their job, but also knows how to communicate. Highly recommend them for any handyman type work! He installed a new front door and a new exhaust fan/light for the bathroom costing me a quarter of what some companies wanted to charge me for just the door! Can’t wait for the next project. Joe was quick to respond to my inquiry which I truly appreciated. He was able to make the scheduled work within the next few days which was also very much appreciated. He was prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job as well as his helper. It was a two day job (3 hours) and all weeding, spraying of weeds in brick pavers and concrete drive was 100% complete to our satisfaction. We will be using Property Mend on a monthly basis going forward. Thank you, Joe.

If we could have done things more efficiently then the bill reflects that. Customers don't pay for our mistakes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to find out what exactly the needs and expectations of the customer are. After that I try to figure out problems that may keep me from being the ideal candidate or could stop the job from happening. It is best to figure these things out as quickly as possible to avoid wasting anyone's time. If I can't do a job you will be enthusiastic about it is not worth it for either party.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years experience of working for different crews and on different types of jobs.
