Rory from RC Exteriors was a breeze to work with! I wish all contractors were like RC Exteriors. They arrived when they said they would and were very responsive to my texts. They took pretty much all forms of payment and did all the work that was promised in the quote! Rory took the time to tell me the benefits of “soft washing” over traditional pressure washing. I plan on using them in the future for sure!

Rory from RC Exteriors was very responsive to our initial request for a roof/home soft wash. We have a variety of roof and structure surfaces (architectural asphalt, rubber, cinderblock, clapboard and shake siding). He came out and viewed the work, talked us through what he would be doing and noted some repairs that needed to be done. We had the estimate that evening and he was able to schedule work within a few weeks. He and his crew arrived on time and took great care with our property. The results are amazing, and we definitely recommend and will use RC Exteriors again.

I would highly recommend R.C. Exterior Improvement to anyone. Rory was very accommodating, punctual and professional. His responsiveness to any questions I had was greatly appreciated. His rates are also reasonable, which was important to us. Our home was in need of a good power washing which was long overdue. Our siding looks like new! We will definitely have him come back in the future.

Roof soft washing .30 -.45 cents per square foot depending on roof height and how infested your roof is. House washing .15-.25 cents a square foot depending on number of stories, level of mold moss algae spider webs and other debris.
