Introduction: I believe in an honest days work for an honest days pay. We are very personable with our clients which helps us provide the services our clients want without having to ask if they are happy. We know they are. We have several repeat customers and most new customers are on a refferal basis. We bring in only honest, INSURED, contractors to assist us. Because we hold ourselves to a higher standard, I believe we provide a better servicec to our customers. We enjoy talking with people. We take the time to get to know someone, even just to do an estimate. We are not a "cold calling company" Webelieve to provide a service to someone, you need to know who they are and what they want.

What types of customers have you worked with?
These days people are saving money anyway they can. Some get into projects that they can't finish or become more than they can handle. We get a lot of these calls. The "honey-do's" that grow out of control. We offer a variety of solutions. Lately we come in with our tools and knowledge and work side by side with the homeowner to complete the project. "It looked so easy on TV", we see this a lot. Just remember, they had a contractor right there the whole time.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions. Get an explaination you can understand. Don't let contractor "lingo" scare you. If it is a repair you couoldn't fix, say so. Ask for the education.
